Testo: The company “ROSECOTEC” is engaged in the development, production and implementation of equipment for waste processing by pyrolysis (thermal destruction). The advantage of our equipment is a special patented flow-type reactor and a system for complete purification and cooling of pyrolysis gas. The company acts as a seller of equipment, but we can also act as investors and operators of equipment. The special design of the reactor allows you to increase productivity and reduce the size of the reactor, as well as make the process continuous and non-cyclical. The pyrolysis gas purification system allows it to be used to generate electricity in a gas piston installation and to produce fuel cells (dark and light oil products). The advantages of Pyrolysis over conventional incineration of garbage is that during the process of thermal degradation (decomposition into elements), the formation of harmful substances such as dioxins and others is excluded. Here is the scheme of cooperation that we offer: 1) to conclude a contract for the supply and processing of waste; 2) to build a plant in the immediate vicinity of the source of raw materials and operate it; 3) to accept waste for recycling, charging a recycling fee for this; 4) can supply the electricity received in the process of processing to the customer or to the general network. Our plant can process more than 200 types of waste. But the most relevant and in demand: - plastic and rubber products; - municipal waste (unsorted); - sludge waste from sewage treatment plants.
