Testo: I’m currently in the Nutraceutical industry here in Canada and the USA.  Currently, several of the brands I represent are co-packed in Canada for distribution across North America.  I’m interested in working with Italian Nutraceutical companies that would like to succeed here in North America.  The path or strategy would be to have products formulated in Italy and produced and distributed here in North America.  This would be achieved through a co-packing arrangement or investing in infrastructure.  All the regulatory challenges importing finished product from Italy would be significantly different than if manufacturing in Canada was the strategy.
