The operator should be responsible to bring the know-how to the site of agriculture and production as well the Italian operation should come in as an equity partner. The equity share minimum requirement is 5 to 15%.The Proposed Plan and requirement are as follow:• To build the factory in Saudi Arabia with an Italian partner/ operator.• To have a mixed line of production that would create different lines of products from the same raw material.• To establish an agricultural farming of Tomato and olive along to be used as a plant with a capacity of 8 tons all at initial phaseThe project is considerably big and the plan is to develop it in phases so phase 1, they are talking about 12/15 million euro.
