Testo: We operate through Engineering tenders, projects and ongoings in the fields of electrical equipment, processplants, ecology and export – import. Core activities: Engineering work with Electric Power Industries in BiH on the delivery and installation oftechnological equipment for the hydroelectric powerplants, delivery of equipment and raw materials for coal mines, overhaul of the boiler plant of the thermal power plants, mnufacture and installation of filter systems forenvironmental protection, delivery of equipment and raw materials of Thermo Power Plants. CASTING and METALWORKS: “PC1” production facility 1 is for production of heavycastings, equipped, with two electric arc furnaces of15t each. Our smelting cartridge consists of specialgray pig iron, steel scrap of known origin, andferroalloys, where the technical analysis isperformed using an automatic emissionspectrometer, while the temperature control ofliquid metal is via an immersion spectrometer withan audible signal and a recording tape.The foundry is fully equipped with adequatemachinery and instruments for the production ofrollers, casting pans, metallurgical and machinecastings, and all other castings at the request ofcustomers. Molds for castings are made by hand or with asandbox, where, drying and mold heating isperformed in drying furnaces with a capacity of 150and 300 m3, while assembly and casting areperformed in pits of appropriate dimensions. Craneswith a capacity of 10t, 20t and 40 t are available fortransporting cargo inside the foundry.In the heat treatment department, we are utilizingtwo electric furnaces with wagon capacities of 40teach, as well as pits for casting cooling. WE CAN OFFER AND SUPPLY:• Casting pans for steel products for all modern foundries up to 20t. • Individual castings and forging molds up to 50t in weight. • Casting plates, inserts, pots, slag bells, caps, and more, in metallurgical cast iron quality. • Rollers 0.2 - 32t in all qualities. • Castings from steel and ductile iron, as well as gray cast iron in all qualities up to 40 t.
