Testo: SALES PUBLICATION SC ROMPLUMB SA with head office in Baia Mare, 9 Gutinului st., Maramureş county, Romania, in bankruptcy, en faillite, in the file no. 729/1002012 of the Maramureş Tribunal, sells by open public ascending auction, with call option, the asset Industrial Platform SC ROMPLUMB SA, comprising all immovable and movable property, save for valuable waste and stocks.The starting price of the auction is 5.265.000 EURO (the price DOES not INCLUDE VAT). Payment of the price can be made either in full within 30 days or in 6 monthly instalments, the period shall be calculated starting from the date of the auction. The public auction meeting held for the sale of this asset will take place on 15.01.2020, 12:00 h (official time of Romania), at the registered office of PRO INSOLV IPURL of Baia Mare, 3 I.L.Caragiale str., Maramureş county, Romania. The tendering security is in an amount of 526.500 EUR. The tender book for the auction on 15.01.2020, comprising the presentation of the asset put up for sale, the conditions for viewing the asset, access to information/documents and the terms of participation to the auction may be purchased from the registered office of PRO INSOLV IPURL starting with 02.12.2019 until 20.12.2019 from Monday to Friday between 9:00h – 15:00 h (official time of Romania), against payment of the equivalent value of 3,000 lei + VAT.
