Testo: Miyana is a Start-up from Berlin, which concentrates on providing trendy shoes for modern, young women in larger sizes from 41-44. Therefor, we are looking for a suitable producer in Italy. Following, we listed the basic information to gain an overview of the required qualities. Target group: young, modern females in the age of 18-35 Selection: The models vary from daily shoes like Ballerinas, sandals, flats, boots and booties to more elegant shoes like pumps. The product portfolio doesn't include sneakers. Quality: Miyana provides premium shoes. Therefor, the quality must be high, comparable with famous brands like Gianvito Rossi or Valentino. Production volume: The concrete starting volume still has to be defined, but the producer must definitely be able to produce small series. Important is a relatively flexible and short time of production. Assortment: There will be two collections per year. One spring/summer and one fall/winter collection. For each of those collections a selection of 15-20 shoes are aimed. Materials: The main materials are leather, suede, patent leather, fabric, satin but also materials like plastics, plexiglas and jute should be processed. The producer should also be able to process embellishments like staking and pearls. Sustainability: The producer must have a sustainable production and supply chain.
