The machines have the possibility of turning, drilling, milling and threading. We also have the ability to perform finishing operations such as: grinding on centreless and centre-type grinders, milling of gears, rolling of threads and splines, burnishing of shaft. The products are made on the basis of the supplied sample or according to the design documentation from materials such as brass, copper, bronze, aluminum, ordinary steel, alloy steel, tool steel and free-cutting steel. - Plastic forming - punching and stamping of sheet metal parts and tapes on machines such as transfer presses with pressure from 25T to 100T, tape width up to 360 mm and thickness up to 2 mm, high speed presses with pressure from 40T to 100T, tape width up to 250 mm and thickness up to 2.5 mm, hydraulic presses with pressure from 2.5T to 63T.
