Testo: B.E.A (Bureaux d’etudes associees) – sister company of 4B Architects, is a multi-disciplinary design and consulting firm, specialized in architecture, restoration, urban planning, engineering and project supervision. Founded in 1993 by Professor Said Bitar, Architect – Urban Planner and by Professor Michel Chacar, Civil Engineer, to undertake consultancy services of large scale public projects. 4B Architects is interested in establishing a joint-venture with an Italian civil office specialized in the design studies and supervision of works for highways and roads for the mission of construction supervision of a section of Nahr El Kalb-Tabarja highway (North of Beirut). Value of the works: around 50 Million Euro. The project is financed by the European Investment bank and will be paid in Euro.
