Testo: We at Original Indian Table are marketing over 100 Indian traditional and heritage food ingredients. Many of these ingredients like Amaranth, Millets and Black Rice are superfoods and have been trending globally. We would like to work with you to explore opportunities of marketing these products globally including Italy. At Original Indian Table we are passionate about increasing farmer income by bringing traditional and healthy farm products to market. We are working with institutions, chefs and restaurants across India to supply over 100 unique ingredients sourced directly from 20 farmer groups practising sustainable agriculture across 15 states of India. Our unique offering is the diversity and variety of regional ingredients we have on offer. In addition we are retailing a small collection of our products on channels like Amazon and Food Hall. We are seeing an increased global demand for the following products: Amaranth (protein powerhouse and good for the heart) Red and Black Rice (full of antioxidants and a healthy source of carbs) Millets - especially Foxtail and Barnyard (nutritional powerhouse) Each of the products listed above are gluten free, provide high levels of nutrition and climate smart. We are looking for potential partners interested in working with us to introduce and market these products in Italy.
