They supply control devices, Chiller Energy Management System, field instruments, standard products (switches, breakers, capacitor), motors & gear motors, control valves, pneumatic, and PLC / automation. They have developed and supplied to many major industrial clients in the region, they are oil & gas exploration & production, gas processing, refining, petrochemicals and chemicals, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, fine and specialty chemicals, industrial laboratories, metals, pulp & paper, energy, rubber & plastics, wood, and components. They would like to offer joint operation for small manufacturing project inJakarta. They have a plot of land (2000m2), consist of - warehouse 1400 m2 - 2 storeys boarding house 100m2, able to accomodate 16 employees - 2 storeys admin building 100m2- car park 400m2 The project is now 95% complete (as per 21 July’17) and can be used very soon. They intend to invite any overseas partners who are interested to set up small manufacturingcompany. The products can be sold either to Jakarta market or export to overseas. They are thinking about ordinary products (like paper packaging, plastic bottles, thermoforming plasticcup, solar panel, etc), not technical products. Thus, probably the scheme as below : - land, building, all permits are of their scope - kind of product and machines are of overseas partner’s scope - sales/marketing are responsible of both
