Testo: We are focused on the supply of ingredients and products related to ice cream. We are planning to set up a production plant for ice cream cones and wafer based products for ice cream. Import of finished (ready to use) products is not economical because of the very high import duties; therefore, we are looking for an Italian partner who is willing to set up a production plant in Iran based on a Joint Venture Agreement with us. What we bring in to the Joint Venture Partnership will be as follows: 1- Available industrial building for the production plant (400 square meters) 2- Skilled and semi-skilled workers 3- Raw material 4- Responsibility for marketing and achieving excellent sales What the Italian partner is expected to bring into the partnership is as follows: 1- Knowhow 2- Machines Iran has the biggest population among in the Middle East. The cost of labor, electricity, water, gas, and raw material is much lower than the costs in Italy. Also we have an intact market in our neighboring countries where we can export the products. We are confident that the production plant in Iran will make much better sale results in comparison with the production plant in Italy. Please kindly advise whether you know any Italian professional manufacturer of ice cream cones and wafer based products for ice cream which is interested in the above proposal.
