The company has been established from two shareholders, who have merged their experiences in the professional and technical aspects of the know-how in their posses in the construction field, human and financial resources, by not only minimizing the costs and growing the efficiency but also being highly rentable in the market and aiming the production of the construction goods, materials ,implementation of various projects with high quality and contemporaneous standards. One of the shareholders is the company "BUILDING CONSTRUCTION" SHPK, operating in the field of construction in Albania. The main activity of this company has been the investment in the construction sector, particularly in the construction of industrial buildings, aiming the best quality for realization of these works, in accordance with contemporary standards and technical conditions of implementation, applicable in the territory of the Republic of Albania. "BUILDING CONSTRUCTION" Shpk has finished successfully some important projects that not only have influenced in the creation of a great company reputation nationally wide, but have also directly contributed in creating a high performance standards.
